11. What are the steps to be taken after down payment?

12. How much is the registration and stamp duty? 
Approximately 10%

13. When will the necessary sanctions be obtained? 
It is anticipated that the necessary sanctions would be obtained within 150 - 180 days.

14. When will the project be completed? When is the possession date? 
The project would be completed within twelve to eighteen months and possession would be given within six months from completion.

15. Who will maintain the property after possession? 
The owners’ society would maintain the property.

16. Can the property be resold and what are the transfer charges/brokerage charges involved? 
The property can be resold by the client himself. If required, the Property Management Services division at Expat would assist in this regards. The transfer /brokerage charges as applicable would be charged if sold by Expat.
