Our Land Trade Division was derived to fill the country’s requirement for a complete solution provider, who could offer comprehensive Real Estate solutions based on careful scrutiny of properties, keen market insights and aggressive negotiation skills.
We commenced operations with the acquisition of 1500 acres of property on the outskirts of Pune and the development of our first project ‘The Solitude’. The enthusiasm with which this project was received spurred us on to develop Land Trade as a full-fledged division of Expat Properties.

The Expat Group has since acquired and transacted over 2916.4551 acres of land to the appreciable delight of our investors. Our Land Trade Division owes its success to a network of well established relationships with Associates, Landowners, Developers and Investors. This network is ably supported by our in-house research and legal teams, with expertise and experience to advise you on all matters related to land acquisition and sale.
We’ve merely blazed a trail on the advice of Mark Twain – “Buy land, they’ve stopped making it!” and have picked up a whole lot of happy sojourners along the way.
